EVENING PRIMROSE
Why isn't the Evening Primrose discussed anywhere on this site?
     Oenothera biennis, commonly known as Evening Primrose is not part of the Primula family (Primulaceae) and doesn't fit within the scope of the American Primrose Society.

Why can't I find information on various members of the Primulaceae family on this site?
     There are simply too many and many of them have interest groups of their own. A general web search will give the best results. Some of the more common are Anagallis, Androsace, Armeria, Cyclamen, Douglasia, Dodecatheon, Glaux, Hottonia, Lysimachia, Samolus, Steironema, Trientalis and more.
